Poor controls muddy the experience
Its really infuriating to have a game so interesting yet to annoying to play. For the first 5 minutes, I couldnt figure out how to hold my phone effectively because theres just no good way to do it. The most comfortable option for skating portions with keeping a finger on the character blocks the obstacles and arrow indicators. Holding with my thumbs out makes switching to tap section extremely hard. And holding with two index fingers out is just awkward.
I really like this game, guys, but if Im fighting the controls and not my rhythm, youre doing something fundamentally wrong as a rhythm and music game.
